I started this blog to document the actions I am taking in trying to become an astronaut. It's my ultimate goal, my dream. Every week or so I post a new update to recap the week or add interesting pictures. I hope you enjoy the site and remember to follow your dreams no matter what others may think of them.

beautiful pic damaris, you know what made friends with a person who made it till the last 47 of this years selections but unluckily could not make it.
Wonder if it can fall over if the track is too muddy.
Yours pics are always beautifull and also very interesting
Hello, Damaris,
If you have a chance, could you consider my request on your Pegasus page? Thank you.
Maybe it's like a Segway, gyroscopes are keeping it standing up ;)
In reality the track is paved with a very thick layer of packed gravel that allows water to drain away and the platform is wide enough and slow enough to keep the Shuttle stable.
fotoguzzi,I have commented back on that posting. You can use the photos, but just cite them from NASA.
Wow. I never really understood just how big shuttles are. Thanks for sharing.
