STS-127 Crew Visits KSC

The STS-127 crew came to visit Kennedy Space Center and talk about their experience during their mission. They thanked everyone for their hard work on the hardware and processing that made the mission possible. Below is a photo I got to take with CSA Astronaut Julie Payette. She’s waaaayy cool. 

Damaris, in case anyone has forgotten to mention it, you are waaaaay cool too!

It is nice for your work to be appreciated once in a while, especially by people who really rely on it.

Cool, I was there too. I was looking for the video of the whole brief to show my friends and family. It is available on the KSC internal page but I can't seem to find it on the NASA website. Maybe viewing the video is just another perk of working @ KSC?

Awesome! It has to be one heck of a feeling to be associated with the crews. The ones who fly into space for the first time, like Nicole Stott from the STS-128 mission, achieve their dreams because of your hard work and assistance. Keep it up!
